March 2012 Activities

Fitness and Nutrition Activities (Adults and Youth 14 and up)-

Zumba Fitness Classes (Adult Class) - Mondays and Wednesdays 5-6 PM
 also on two Saturdays March 10th 3-4 PM & March 24th 10-11 AM

Dad's Basketball -  Thursdays at 6 PM

Yoga Classes - Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 PM

Senior Exercise Classes - Mondays and Thursdays 8-9 AM

Weight Room- open hours 8 AM to 6 PM see monthly weight room calendar for availability

National Nutrition Month- Biggest Loser Competition- open registration until next meeting March 7th @ 4:30 PM


Group Activities for Adults and Seniors-

Pinochle Card Playing - Each Thursday starting at 11 AM

Crafters Corner - First Friday of each month 11 AM - 1 PM

Quilting Group - Second Friday of each month  9 AM
Bingo - the first Friday of each month at 6:15 PM


Activities for Children -

Drop In PlayArea for parent and child open Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM

HOTM Taste Testing of Fruit and Vegetables and other presentations in Preschool classes each month

One Time Teen Parenting Workshop- "Drugs, Addiction, and the Teenage Brain."  will be on March 30th at 6 PM.  Teens and Pre-teens welcome. Childcare and Dinner will be provided.  Call to Register.

Preschool Parent Meeting and One Time Workshop- March 20th at 6PM- Parenting enrichment topic "Brain Development" from special guest presenters Mike Pautz and Carla Charraga.  Childcare and Dinner will be provided.

Car Seat Safety Classes- third Tuesday of each month- March 20th at 3 PM, Call to register


Other Services - Monday Through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM
