The Honker-Tulelake/Newell Family Resource Center: The Tulelake/Newell Family Resource Center was the first of ten FRCs in Siskiyou County. It was established through Even Start Funds by T.E.A.C.H., Inc. We offer a variety of services such as adult and youth mental health services, health and nutrition promotion, services for seniors, case management services, resource and referrals, and volunteer opportunities. Our core values are to reach out to EVERYONE in the community, not only in times of need but in day-to-day life. We strive to support families, honor diversity, and act with integrity. The Tulelake/Newell Family Resource Center encourages community members to be actively involved in programs and services to strengthen their families and the community as a whole.
