Fitness and Nutrition Activities (Adults and Youth 14 and up)-

Zumba Fitness- Mondays & Wednesdays @ 5:15 PM ($3 fee with membership/ $5 without)

Dad's Basketball - Thursdays at 6 PM (FREE w/membership, $2 without)

Senior Exercise Classes - Mondays and Thursdays 8-9 AM ($5/mo memebership required)

Farmer's Market Food Giveaway- Oct 25th (weather permitting)

Tulelake at the Honker 4 to 5 PM
Newell at the Park 5 to 6 PM

Weight Room- open hours 8 AM to 6 PM see monthly weight room calendar for availability, membership required for all Fitness activities.

 

Group Activities for Adults and Seniors-

Pinochle Card Playing - Each Thursday starting at 11 AM

Bingo - the first Friday of each month at 6:15 PM

Activities for Youth-

Drop In Play Groups- The drop in play area is for parent and child and is available during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM.

 

Community Education Events-

Nutrition Education- Harvest of the Month (HOTM) Taste Testing of Fruit and Vegetables and Story time are held monthly at the Pre-K classes, Small Blessings Daycare and the Escuelita Montessori.

Health and Safety Education- Presentations are held monthly in the Pre-k classes topics include: 
Manners, Hand Washing, Dental Hyiene, Nutrition, Being thankful, Winter Safety, Toy safety, Fire safety, Stranger danger, 911 practice, First aid, Graphing, Outdoor safety, Water safety, and Rethink your drink.


Other Services - Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 6 PM

Mental Health Resources and Referrals

Calfresh, Medical and Healthy Families Application Assistance

Emergency Food Bank

Second Hand Store open Monday through Thursday 8 to 6 PM

Program Application Assistance such as HEAP, Weatherization programs, IHSS, etc;

Employment Assistance including searches, resume help, dress for success clothing, and on site volunteer work experience

Housing searches, application assistance for HUD and Low Income Housing

Computer Lab open Monday through Thursday 8 to 6 PM

Faxes and Copies
